Surface Additive
Polywill’s surface additives include wetting agent and leveling agent, designed to optimize the spreading, wettability, and uniform film formation of liquids on substrates.
Wetting Agent: Including substrate wetting and pigment wetting. These are achieved via reducing the surface tension of liquids or enhancing adhesion to low surface energy substrates (such as plastics, metals, and glass). Commonly used in coating, inks, and electronic chemicals.
Leveling Agent: Reduce surface defects in films (such as orange peel and craters) and improve smoothness and gloss. Widely applied in industrial coating, wood coating, and automotive coating.
