Polywill Additives Hosts Factory Open Day and Application Training

Polywill Additives recently organized a Factory Open Day and Product Application Training program following CHINACOAT, in response to the requests of overseas distributors and customers, aiming to enhance partners’ understanding of the company’s manufacturing strength and technical service capabilities.
■ Factory Tour: Transparent Production & Full Process Control
The visit covered production workshops, warehouses, tank farms, waste recycling facilities, loading areas, and application laboratories. The complete manufacturing and quality control processes of additives such as defoamers, dispersants, leveling agents, thickeners and functional additives were clearly presented, from raw materials to finished products.
Customers were able to directly observe the full workflow from sample development to mass production and delivery, as well as the associated risk control measures. Visiting partners highly recognized Polywill’s management system and expressed stronger confidence in promoting Polywill products after the on-site visit.
■ Application Training: Focus on Architectural, Multi-color & Floor Coating Systems
The training focused on architectural coatings, multicolor paints, and solvent-based floor coating products. Key topics included how to optimize foam control, storage stability, color paste compatibility, application performance, and cost efficiency through proper product selection and formulation design.
Based on real application cases, the training explained testing methods, evaluation criteria, and adjustment strategies, helping partners gain a deeper understanding of Polywill products and applications, and enabling them to provide better technical support and service to their customers.
This event further strengthened partners’ comprehensive understanding of Polywill’s R&D, manufacturing, and application support capabilities.
